Exchange Policy:

At Aurevik, customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience, please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Delivery Area:

We currently deliver only within Bangladesh. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Exchange Eligibility:

We offer exchange only. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

An exchange will only be accepted if the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect and the issue is identified while inspecting the product in the presence of the delivery person.

Important Inspection Requirement:

Customers must open the package and inspect the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.

If the product is accepted without inspection, any exchange request made later due to damage, defects, or receiving the wrong product will not be accepted.

Eligible for Exchange:

You are eligible for an exchange only if:

• You receive a damaged or defective product.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The issue is confirmed during inspection in front of the delivery person.
  

 

Not Eligible for Exchange:

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

• The package was accepted without inspection.
• Damage or defects are reported after the delivery person has left.
• The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• The issue is due to normal wear and tear or misuse.
